Individual sessions for people who want to explore personal themes, emotional blocks or life questions in a deeper way.
These sessions offer a space for reflection, awareness and systemic insight into the patterns that influence your life.

- Breaking Inner Patterns Workshop
A transformational workshop focused on recognizing and transforming unconscious emotional patterns that influence thoughts, emotions and behaviour.
Participants gain deeper awareness of their inner patterns and discover practical ways to create more clarity and freedom in their lives.
The workshop concludes with a vision collage exercise to help participants create a clear direction for their future.
